Founded Gold Standard Press Inc. in 1996. Authored and published The Streetsmart Homebuyer, a hardcover book explaining how to profit from buying and selling residential real estate using both conventional and creative buying strategies. In the following years published three more physical books and a handful of electronic books. Designed marketing programs for each of the titles and produced press releases and marketing materials for each book. Was a featured guest on 50+ radio talk shows.
